Why am I still looking at strollers?
I have a new one… not as good as the one I lost, but it’s good. It just seems so flimsy for $200+
Now I really wish I’d gotten this one.
Like… my life would be sooo much improved by it. Sometimes I look at all the baby products and fantasize about having them all… they are all so alluring – all the toys that develop the brain and help for sleep and the soft cozy ones and the high tech ones… the super organic blankies and most eco friendly furniture… I wanted it all.
the mama roo, the carrier (I rarely used the basic model anyway,) etc…
The truth is… it’s just us. Him and Me and we, just the 2 of us are good. Whatever I want for him is me… wanting to give him everything. He doesn’t want it. He wants me and my attention and love. That’s it… for now anyway… until he starts watching commercials!

I loved it when my daughter used to watch only Cbeebies (no commercials!). They do have their own, but not the kind they show on regular channels. Now she watches other channels which are bombarded with toy commercials. She’s now been brainwashed into thinking she wants everything she sees on TV 😦
IT REALLY IS BRAINWASHING!!! AND ADULTS ARE VICTIMS TOO! UGH! I CAN’T IMAGINE HOW MUCH JUNK I’D HAVE IF I HAD MORE MONEY TO SPEND. GUESS I’M GLAD I’M ON A BUDGET!
