I always think of kale as the garnish they put on trays on the cold food items at buffets.
I had 4 helpings of Barrett’s Kale salad, this weekend. I can’t wait to make it for myself so I can be one of those women who says “I love kale,” because if its in this salad…. I do.
I was so inspired by my meals at abc kitchen in New York that I wanted to recreate some of the delicious dishes I had for a dinner party. So, last night, Andre and I invited some of our nearest and dearest over for a little taste of ABC. The meal was a success and the recipes a breeze.
