This Ashton Kutcher Teen choice awards speech has been going around Facebook and I caved and watched it. It’s good.

He talks about being smart and thoughtful and hardworking. He quotes Steve Jobs in talking about how you don’t have to follow the cookie cutter path in life. You can build your own life. Being a Mom Solo is very much building your own life… so it spoke to me.

I think the only thing I’ve seen him acting in was A Lot Like Love which is actually a great movie (and OK, I’m friends with the writer.)

I cannot believe I just posted an Ashton Kutcher speech, but I did. It was good. I guess it was inspiring, if you were a teen and all. I guess he’s kind of cute too. I guess.
